To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or exchange. Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer will also not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days and provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Exchange

If an eligible product is approved for exchange, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost. Returns for other reasons may be subject to shipping charges.

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
